Thank you for choosing The Sensory Supply! We're thrilled to offer free shipping across Canada & The Lower 48 States on all orders. Please review the following details regarding our shipping policy, including special conditions for remote locations. 

Free Shipping Across Canada & The Lower 48:

  • We provide free standard shipping on all orders within Canada & The Lower 48 States.
  • Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days (2-4 weeks on specialty items), excluding weekends and holidays or if an item is on backorder. Please refer to our product pages for specific lead times to shipping on specific products.
  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected during checkout.
  • Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been shipped.

Special Conditions for Remote Locations:

  • While we strive to offer free shipping to all customers, certain remote areas may incur additional shipping charges or experience longer delivery times due to logistical challenges.
  • Remote locations include but are not limited to:
    1. Northern Canadian regions of Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut
    2. Canadian Coastal and island communities such as Haida Gwaii (BC), Labrador, and Cape Breton (NS)
    3. Far-flung Canadian regions in Newfoundland and Labrador, including Labrador City and Happy Valley-Goose Bay
    4. Remote areas in northern Ontario and Quebec, including Moosonee and Kuujjuaq
    5. Some rural areas in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta
    6. Alaska
  • Customers from these remote areas may be contacted after placing their order to discuss any additional shipping charges or to confirm delivery times.

Additional Information:

  • Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee for customers who require faster delivery.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes or international addresses outside of Canada & the United States at this time.
  • Any missed or refused deliveries that require re-shipping or re-routing may incur additional shipping fees not covered by our free shipping policy in order to be reshipped/released.
