At 3ft x 6ft it is a foot narrower and two feet shorter than the standard 4ft x 8ft Practice Mat, small enough to slide under a bed or stand against a wall when folded in half to its 3ft x 3ft x 8in block shape.

The dual-density, open-cell foam construction sets this mat apart from simpler single-foam gymnastics mats at a similar price point. A 2-inch medium-density open-cell foam top layer provides a comfortable, cushioned landing surface - firm enough to support skill practice, forgiving enough to make repeated drills comfortable.
